About This Campaign
UrbanGlow Clothing is a fast-growing fashion brand specializing in streetwear and casual apparel for young adults. With their summer collection launch approaching, they needed to increase brand visibility, drive traffic to their online store, and ultimately boost sales among their target demographic of 18–30-year-olds.
The brand had a modest social media presence but lacked the influencer partnerships needed to reach a wider, more engaged audience. They partnered with Brandfulancer to design and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing campaign across Instagram and TikTok.
Challenge
Limited Reach & Low Engagement UrbanGlow faced several obstacles in their digital marketing efforts. Their organic reach was stagnant, with limited engagement on social media posts. The brand had tried running paid ads, but the cost per acquisition was too high, and the content wasn't resonating with their target audience.
Additionally, they lacked authentic user-generated content and struggled to build trust with potential customers. The summer collection launch was only weeks away, and they needed a strategy that would generate buzz, drive traffic, and convert viewers into buyers—fast.
Strategy
Building a Multi-Platform Influencer Campaign
Our strategy focused on partnering with micro and mid-tier influencers who had highly engaged audiences in the fashion and lifestyle space. We selected 20 creators across Instagram and TikTok, prioritizing authenticity and alignment with UrbanGlow's brand aesthetic.
Each influencer was given creative freedom to showcase the summer collection in their own style, whether through outfit-of-the-day posts, styling tips, or behind-the-scenes content. We provided clear brand guidelines while encouraging genuine, relatable content that would resonate with their followers.
